Learn How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat And Get A Flat Stomach

You walk past a store window and you catch a glimpse of yourself. “How did you go from that sexy person you used to be to this over weight miserable person you are now”, you ask yourself. You once were so healthy and sexy and now, well, look at you! It’s depressing! Stop beating yourself up every time you weigh yourself or see your reflection. It’s time to make a change. The change is simple. You need to change the way you think and act so you can reduce belly fat and change the way you look.

The first thing you need to do is get rid of all those negative thoughts!! From this point on you are in the process of change so every time you see your reflection and those nasty negative thoughts start seeping in to your brain stop them! Tell yourself that you are finally doing something about it, and yes it will take time, but you are going to keep moving forward.

In order to get that nice flat stomach that you want (and deserve!) you will have to do a few things. First, I know this sounds terrible, but you need to reduce the number of calories that you consume each day. The best thing to do is to start writing in a food journal. Write down everything you eat (don’t wait until the end of the day and then try to think back on what you ate. Write down each thing and the amount of it as you eat it.). Also write down how you felt when you ate it – were you actually hungry or were you depressed or maybe you were in a good mood. Writing down everything you eat makes you think about what you are doing. Sometimes it’s shocking to look over what you’ve eaten in a day and it makes it a lot easier to decide to cut some of that out.

You also need to burn more calories each day than you consume (this means some form of physical activity like cardio and weight lifting but also things like walking and gardening). And finally, you need to exercise those abs. You want to have strong stomach muscles to show off once you reduce belly fat! Do exercises that strengthen your core (your entire mid section). This will not only give you the six pack abs you are hoping for but will also strengthen your back. Strong abs and back muscles equal less back pain and a sexier you!

There are lots of diets out there right now but if you just use common sense (eat less and exercise) you wont need to waste your time on these. Sometimes eating right and exercising doesn’t give you the results you want or as quickly as you want them. Water is not only important to keeping you hydrated it also helps you feel full.

When starting a new exercise program or a new diet, you should check with your doctor or preferred health care provider to make sure there aren’t any health issues you need to consider. With any luck, you are completely healthy and there are no concerns, but you’re better off to be sure.
